My visit to Kafeina Coffee Company, in the center of Prishtina, was an experience that exceeded expectations. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere, a pleasant environment, and an extremely professional, courteous, and dedicated staff. The service was perfect in every aspect – fast, attentive, and always with a smile, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. As someone who appreciates and enjoys quality coffee, I can say that the coffee prepared was of a very high standard. The aroma, the balance of flavor, and the method of preparation clearly showed the professionalism and care that goes into each cup. It was one of those coffees that leaves an impression and makes you want to come back. Equally impressive were the cookies, which were exceptionally fresh, with a perfect texture, and a rich flavor. The combination of an excellent coffee with freshly prepared cookies created a complete and very enjoyable experience. The Coffee Company cafe is an address that I highly recommend to all lovers of quality coffee and pastries. The quality of the products, the professionalism of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere make this place one of the places worth visiting in the heart of Pristina.

I visit Kaffeina daily to work on my laptop or hang out with friends, despite the internet’s persistent issues. However, I thoroughly enjoy my time here. I always bring my friends along, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and has a great personality. They’re also very entertaining. I’ve had the best experiences here, where you can express yourself freely without feeling judged and truly relax. It’s the best cafe place ever, and the music selection is like a haven, relaxing, spirited, and top-tier.

Ordered a double espresso latte and it was terrible. Watered down, extremely milky and overall just not good. The cookie we ordered was dry and tasted like someone tried making a cookie from memory.

Love love love the atmosphere, the coffees are great, especially passion fruit iced tea. I have to mention the staff, there is a redhead, she was very nice, always smiling, professional and very attentive not only to me but also to other customers!!

Kafeinë is one of my favorite places in the entire world. If I want to go somewhere where I know I'll definitely enjoy whatever drink I order, I'll go there. I love going there after work so I can order a pumpkin spice latte and read whatever book. They also have the world's best strawberry ice tea!! My favorite part is that the staff is always very friendly and they have God tier music selection going on in the background at all times. Love this place very dearly and I strongly recommend it <3

Very good place, good coffee, fresh food, very polite staff, super interior, top location. The only problem that is easily fixed, the sound system is very bad, irritating, also the music that was played, a disaster… those quality things didn't go with the place and tone.

I love the decore and atmosphere. Coffee was good, just the way I like it. Service was aloof. Restroom was kind of clean but needed attention. We Will come back for dessert, only had time for coffee ☕️ today. 😁

It has a very warm atmosphere and there are also areas where you can study. There is a backyard with heaters and blankets you can use. I absolutely loved their coffee. The Americano is fresh and has a wonderful aroma. Thanks to the staff for their attentiveness.

A hidden gem for coffee lovers! I stopped by and tried their Tiramisu coffee — absolutely amazing! It had the perfect balance of rich espresso and creamy sweetness, just like the dessert. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavor was unforgettable. The staff were warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Definitely coming back for another cup.
